A story for anyone and everyone who remains “underwater.” In “A Little Mermaid’s Life,” she recounts with sincerity and irony her journey: her rare pathology that does not allow her to walk, the lonely years of childhood punctuated by hospitalizations, adolescence marked by prejudice and bullying, until the awareness and courage with which she came out of her shell.
