Our group have subscrived the contract related to the acquisition of 100% of De Agostini Scuola S.p.a., one of the largest player in the scholastic publishing.

De Agostini Scuola S.p.A. have a production oriented to schools of all levels, with a significant presence on the segment of the secondary school, with its brand: DeA Scuola, Petrini, Marietti Scuola, UTET Università, Cideb-Black Cat and Garzanti Scuola.

This operation is coherent with our strategy of increasing focus on the core business of books.
